Without donors and without the Vrienden van Kruispost Foundation, we could not exist. Your support, however large or small, helps to strengthen Kruispost and to offer patients the care they deserve. Because even Amsterdam residents who are uninsured or have no residence permit are entitled to basic healthcare. Thanks to you, these vulnerable people can come to us for help.

How do I know that my gift to Kruispost will be well spent?
Kruispost wants to give proper attention to everyone who needs care and falls into our target group. We also invest in providing information on self-care to avoid unnecessary pressure on our organization as much as possible. For questions that fall outside our scope, we refer to the appropriate counter, so that no one has to stand empty-handed.
Kruispost consists almost entirely of volunteers and has a solid supervisory structure. Finally, we support family physicians who need information on treating or administering the uninsured, work with partners in the field, and make efforts to maximize grant opportunities. And our annual reports and financial statements is on our site.
I want to become a donor. How can I arrange this?
By far the easiest way for us is if you use the ‘Donate’ button at the top of every page of the website. Then you help Kruispost, but also to keep the work behind the scenes manageable.
If you would like to exchange thoughts with one of the account managers of the Friends of Kruispost, all you need is an email to secretaris@vriendenvankruispost.nl. For example, if you would like to donate to a specific work area or project at Kruispost.
What about tax-free gifts to Kruispost?
The Friends of Kruispost Foundation is an ANBI and therefore donations are deductible. If you want to know exactly how that works, check out the Tax Office.
I want to include Kruispost in my will, is this easy to arrange?
Because Foundation Friends of Kruispost has an ANBI status, no inheritance tax is due: your gift from inheritance will therefore directly benefit our projects. Both in the case of inheritance and bequest, it is necessary that this is formalized by a notary in the will. For questions or information about transferring from an estate, contact secretaris@vriendenvankruispost.nl.
How can I change my address or account number?
If there are any changes in your contact and/or bank information, please notify secretaris@vriendenvankruispost.nl.
I would like to donate pharmaceutical products. Can I bring those?
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to accept them. You can bring medications you no longer use to the pharmacy.
How can I change or stop my monthly contribution?
Your donation enables the doctors at Kruispost to actually come to the aid of vulnerable people. Our gratitude for your financial support is great. Any amount makes a difference.
Yet sometimes circumstances in life demand change. You can easily change or stop the monthly contribution yourself by changing the amount in your bank’s app or by stopping the periodic transfer.
Alternatively, you can send an email to info@kruispost.nl indicating that you want to change the amount or cancel payment. We will change or stop the direct debit and confirm this with an email message.
