Becoming an intern/volunteer
Kruispost is always looking for volunteers who want to get involved. We are currently looking for general practitioners, dentists, a dietician/lifestyle coach and a podiatrist. Kruispost is sustained by the tireless efforts of our team of volunteers, who provide creative solutions to often complex problems.
Patient referral
Our patients come to us from all over the world and are uninsured for medical care for whatever reason. Refugees from war or an unsafe situation because of their orientation or religion and migrant workers who seek refuge here in the hope of a more humane existence. Not because they want to leave their homeland, but because they have no choice but to leave everything behind.
Helping patient further themselves
Kruispost is also a place for students being trained for the regular healthcare system. The receptionists also play an important role as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for patients.
